By using the PhysioGuru service, you, the User, signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use our services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these terms of use at any time.

File Share Terms of Use

File Share service is aimed at building a knowledge resource for professionals. It provides opportunity for knowledge sharing, for professional development.

Acceptable Use Policy –

The PhysioGuru service provides accounts for storing only legal data. If you are reported to store copyrighted or illegal materials, your account will be deactivated and you will need to perform a bureaucracy procedure to have it activated again. Moreover, in case of breaking this rule, the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property rights will be informed and may call you to account for violating their rights.

Though, we are not under obligation to check the account contents, but we reserve the right, at our discretion, to audit any materials that are suspected of breaking the PhysioGuru terms of use, remove content, disable or remove the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others or may expose PhysioGuru to civil or criminal liability.

PhysioGuru declines all responsibility for the contents of the materials stored by our users. Each and every user of PhysioGuru is solely responsible for all materials uploaded to his account.

Disclaimer: Copyright of books and articles goes to its respective owners. So if you have any complaints regarding books copyright, please contact book hosting servers (Freakshare,Rapidsare etc. ) for the removal of the book. We collected all the download links from the search engines and so we are not responsible for any damage due to the links given here.

By using the PhysioGuru FileShare service, you agree not to do any of the following:

· Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any data, message, text, computer file, or other material that infringes any right of a third party and/or any domestic or international law, rule, or regulation, including but not limited to:

a. copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights;

b. right of privacy or publicity;

c. any confidentiality obligation.

· Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any software or other computer files that contain a virus or other harmful component.

· Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any pornographic and illegal materials.

· Publish or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or racially or ethnically derogatory content, or any content expressing hate towards any person or groups of persons due to race, religion, colour, creed, national origin or sexual orientation.

We reserve the rights to remove or replace any uploaded files that are unlawful, that may compromise the security of the servers, that are using excessive bandwidth, or when deemed necessary without prior notice.

Physio Research Terms of Use –

PhysioGuru publishes the latest article feeds of various Journals with the express consent of the publishers of those Journals. These are automatically updated RSS feeds which can also be accessed at the Journal’s individual websites.

This forum exists to facilitate networking, support and the sharing of advice amongst its members – you make PhysioGuru what it is, and at all times, please feel free to use the Contact form to tell us what you don't like, why, and how you think PhysioGuru could be improved.

While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable. The author of posts must behave with honesty and integrity and respect other members.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. 3. Our right to remove content

PhysioGuru moderators, reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to remove any content from the forums or to ban or restrict anyone from entering or using the forums without warning or liability.

4. Content of Private Messages

PhysioGuru moderators accept no responsibility in connection with or arising from content in Private Messages. Moderators are not able to see, censor or pre-moderate any Private Messages submitted by members through PhysioGuru Private Messaging functionality.

5. Indemnity

By submitting any content to PhysioGuru you agree to indemnify and hold harmless moderators and administrators from all claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of any content posted or published by you.

6. Content ownership

By submitting any content to PhysioGuru you are granting us a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-license the content in whole or in part and in form. This does not affect your moral rights in any way. All users are considered to be physiotherapists unless otherwise stated.

7. Content take-down process

PhysioGuru will endeavour to remove any content that is offensive, defamatory or libellous, upon being given notice of such content. The process for requesting the taking down of content is as follows:

Notify PhysioGuru of the content that you feel is offensive, defamatory or libellous. You can do this by sending the URL of the thread or post in question through the Contact Us form.


We will review the thread or post in question and determine whether it should be taken down. As 'innocent disseminators' of the content on this forum, our policy is to remove content only when there is a clear legal obligation for us to do so – we will defend our members' right to freedom of speech if we have sufficient reason to believe that content was posted in good faith, without malice and is the honestly held opinion of the author. If a member is found to be violating the terms, he will be sent an official warning and the content will be removed. If after a warning, the member still posts unacceptable messages, the member will be banned from the forum indefinitely.
